Times are weird, right?

I first want to extend my love and support to you during this time. Lots of people are struggling and it’s been a really tough year all round. I made the early decision back in March to close my online store due to the uncertainty of the Coronavirus pandemic, with the view of returning a few weeks later once I knew the best way to proceed. Fast forward seven months and I’m coming back with a practically brand new business after rebranding and re-evaluating the whole thing.

Small businesses and creatives have been hit really hard during this time, but we keep going and adapting because it’s what we need to do. Please know that by supporting a small business you’re making such a big difference and even though it may seem small, your support allows a creative to keep making and doing what they love.

I’m making sure I’m taking all the necessary precautions to keep Sugar Storm Studio safe and reliable, including:

  • Keeping up to date with and following all government guidelines for my national and local area

  • Storing and packing all products in a Covid-safe environment

  • Increased hygiene procedures when making and packing orders

  • Once products are received by us, they are only handled by the Sugar Storm Studio team

Please note due to the ongoing pandemic there may be unforeseen delays in dispatched and deliveries. I work primarily independently on Sugar Storm Studio and if I get COVID-19 symptoms or am required to isolate, I will be unable to process orders. I will advise via email ASAP if your order is subject to any delays.

International shipping is still occasionally being subject to additional delays, please check the estimating shipping time when you order and get in contact with any questions about your orders.

I appreciate your patience and support as I navigate running a business during this very turbulent time.

Stay Wild, Stay Weird, Stay Safe
